A walk to discover the heart of the city and its history. Tapas lunch at a traditional Seville restaurant.

Thursday 28th - Roman Ruins & Paella Cookery Class
At 8km from Seville, we’re going to visit the spectacular amphitheatre and archaeological remains of this old city of Hispanic Rome, Emperor Trajano’s birthplace.
Besides this, we will do a cookery class where we’re going to learn how to make three types of paellas, afterwards, we’re going to have the three rice dishes for lunch on the terrace in front of the Guadalquivir river.

Saturday 30th - Carmona Trip
Carmona (30 km from Seville) is one of the most ancient cities of Andalucía. Guided tour of the historical centre, the Alcázar and the Necrópolis. At 13 h, there will be lunch in a restaurant.
